The Titanic de Luxe Beach and resort Hotel is situated 10 km from the airport and 12 km from Lara city centre, along a strip of fine white sand beach. The 5 star resort consists of a nine floor building architecturally designed to resemble a ship on 95 000m² of gardens with the illusion that the ship is anchored in the 6000m² of pool area. There are also ten two storey villas. In all, there are 556 rooms, 520 of which are standard rooms, 12 Colonel suites, 9 junior suites, 4 Admiral suites, one Presidential suite, 30 Port family rooms in an annex building and seven rooms are fully equipped for disabled guests. All the rooms have satellite TV, a phone, air conditioning, a room safe and a balcony or terrace. The hotel has 6 restaurants serving International, Italian, Mediterranean or barbecue meals.
